Bread & Roses Playwright Prize

Well, this was a lovely surprise. Back in... who knows when I sent off a play of mine Stand By For Further Destruction to the lovely team at the Bread & Roses theatre for their playwright prize.

As with most competitions I send my work in with no expectation and then forget about it.

So it was truly a lovely surprise to find I had made the Longlist from over 680 submissions to a list of 54.

It's very cool to be on a list with so many other cool writers and it's a real boost. Thanks Bread & Roses.
